In recent years, by-product hydrogen chloride hydrochloride has been developed in the industry based on the production of chlorinated organic compounds. For example, dichloroethane (C2H4Cl2) has been generated through the reaction between chlorine gas and ethylene. And the chloroethylene has been generated through the reaction, the latter is the raw material regarding formulating polyvinyl chloride.
